Created in 2000, the French company Ladybird Ground Services is a graound handling partner specialized in aircraft appearance management, cabin hygiene and sustainable exterior detailing. Our technical protocols improve the passenger experience, protect cabin materials and contribute to airline CSR objectives.

Ladybird offers a wide range of services to airlines and handling companies :
- Appearance management and cabin hygiene protocols,
- External dry detailing,
- Disinfection, disinsectization and bio-cleaning,
- Holds and cargo spaces technical treatment,
- Security inspections (Clean & Search),
- Bio-cleaning of premises and vehicles,
- Aircraft anti-icing (in Nice only).
Annual revenue exceeds €30 million. Ladybird offers its services to about fifty airlines, as well flag carriers as low cost and charter airlines, through direct contracts or on behalf of the main airport handling companies.
Our services are coordinated by the Ladybird OCC and offer a 24/7 operational service.
Ladybird relies on the financial structure of Avico Group to ensure its sustainability and its most important investments.

- Delivery of newspapers and material to lounge spaces and offices,
- Cleaning of offices and vehicles,
- Aircraft anti-icing (in Nice only).
Annual turnover exceeds 30M€. Ladybird offers its services to around fifty airlines, both regular and low cost and charter, through direct contracts or on behalf of the main airport assistance companies.
Our services are coordinated by the Quart Régulation Ladybird and offer an operational service 7 days a week.
Ladybird relies on the financial structure of the Avico Group to guarantee its sustainability and its most important investments.


Cabin appearance & hygiene protocols
Our teams ensure that your aircraft are back to highest cabin standard for next flights and fully respecting the allocated intervention times: flawless cabin condition, allergen reduction; this premium image directly contributes to the passenger flight experience.
Cabin equipment
Just-in-time stock management, batch conditioning, loading according to the French CAA security standards (FHa - Authorized Suppliers), safety protocols to avoid shocks with aircraft and reduce workplace accidents: our interventions are under control.
Exterior dry detailing
The external appearance of your aircraft must remain impeccable, without soiling the floors with contaminated water: we ensure the dry polishing of your aircraft with high-performance and certified products, which ensure the maintenance of your company’s image at the best level and contribute to the reduction of friction drag.
Disinfection, disinsectizarion & bio-cleaning
Our specific equipment, specialized and certified products, and dedicated protocols allow us to ensure the disinfection, disinfestation and/or bio-cleaning of cabins and cargo holds to respond to any health or biological emergency (Covid, bed bugs, etc.)
Security inspection (Clean & Search)
Thanks to the closely controlled initial and recurring training of our staff, as well as the close follow-up of our supervisors, we ensure the strictest compliance with your security procedures, alongside the technical cleaning of the aircraft, to ensure its reconditioning as soon as possible, for aircraft and passenger safety.
Cargo holds technical treatment
Our staff is authorized to intervene on the tarmac in order to clean the holds of your planes as well as your cargo spaces.
